TKA is looking for the best Christian educators. Every staff member at The King's Academy is vital to the school's number one mission which is ministry to our students. We know that the quality of the staffs' character inevitably establishes the professional and spiritual quality of the school and has an enormously significant and life-changing influence on the development of the students' confidence and character.
That is why, first and foremost, all of The King's Academy staff members are Christ followers who have a passion for teaching, mentoring, and discipling junior high and high school students. As part of a comprehensive spiritual life program, staff members at TKA have the privilege of mentoring students in a variety of ways. Staff serve alongside students on annual service trips to locations in the U.S
and abroad, participate with students in yearly off-site weekend retreats, and lead small home groups and chapel discussions. The King's Academy teaching staff includes 76 members, with a total staff of nearly 150. Approximately 90% of classes have less than 25 students, allowing for individual attention and support.
