The Key Agency is expanding our team and looking for competitive, motivated individuals who want to build a career in sales, business, and leadership. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support throughout the licensing and onboarding process.

About the Role

This is a performance-based insurance sales opportunity. Insurance licensing is required before conducting sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually and/or in person
• Help families find appropriate life insurance solutions
• Manage your own sales pipeline and schedule
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
• Develop toward future leadership opportunities

Qualifications

College students, recent graduates, athletes, and candidates with backgrounds in sales, recruiting, hospitality, customer service, or entrepreneurship are encouraged to apply.

Pay range and compensation package

• New agents start at an 80% commission contract level
• Additional performance bonuses and incentives
• Advancement opportunities based on performance
• Opportunity to move into recruiting, training, and leadership
• No capped earning potential
• Agents earning between $5,000-$25,000+ every month
