What You’ll Do:
Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales team members
Lead and coach a team of insurance producers
Drive daily sales performance and accountability
Set weekly production goals and track KPIs
Conduct sales training and skill development
Monitor call quality and follow-up systems
Collaborate directly with agency owner on strategy and growth
Maintain personal production standards (lead by example)

What You Bring:
3+ years of proven sales experience
Leadership or team coaching experience
Strong communication and motivational skills
Comfortable holding people accountable
Organized and metrics-driven
Washington State insurance license (or ability to obtain before start date)
