Lead Chiropractor – High Volume Growth Opportunity

Location: Arlington, TX

Position Type: Full-Time Leadership Role

At The Joint Chiropractic, we are not looking for an average chiropractor. We are looking for a Lead DC who is motivated to grow a clinic, lead from the front, and thrive in a high-volume environment while positively impacting hundreds of patients each week.

This role is ideal for a chiropractor who enjoys performance, patient education, leadership, and building long-term wellness relationships — not just providing adjustments.

As a Lead Chiropractor with our franchise group, you will have the opportunity to build a strong patient base, influence clinic culture, mentor staff, and significantly increase your earnings through performance-based bonuses tied directly to clinic growth and patient volume.

Our top-performing Lead DCs routinely treat 60–70+ patients per day and project annual earnings well into the six-figure range through production and membership growth bonuses.

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary: $85,000–$90,000 annually
• Aggressive performance bonus structure
• Top Lead DCs project $110K–$150K+ annually with bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Lead the overall patient experience and clinical flow of the clinic
• Deliver efficient, high-quality full spine chiropractic care in a fast-paced environment
• Confidently educate patients on care recommendations, consistency, and long-term wellness
• Build patient retention and active membership growth through strong communication and leadership
• Drive clinic performance through patient visit growth and operational consistency
• Partner closely with the front desk team to create an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely charting
• Support and mentor newer doctors when applicable
• Help establish a positive, energetic, accountability-driven clinic culture

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Chiropractic License
• Experience in high-volume chiropractic care preferred
• Comfortable treating 60–70+ patients daily
• Strong manual adjusting skills (Diversified required; Thompson/Activator helpful)
• Confident communicator who can guide patients toward long-term care
• Growth-minded mentality with leadership potential
• Coachable and able to operate within an established, successful system
• Strong patient retention and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing wellness plans and memberships ethically and confidently
