Role Description The Jewelry Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA. This position involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through jewelry selections, including custom and creative designs. Daily tasks include presenting and explaining product features, handling sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, supporting after-sales service such as repairs or adjustments, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals. The Jewelry Sales Assistant contributes to a positive store environment by providing respectful, inclusive, and professional service to every customer.
