The Leasing Agent will develop a marketing strategy to promote the property and attract prospective tenants, including content for the property's social media channels. They will also greet future residents, give tours of the property, and ensure they meet move-in requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of the property to proactively promote it, conduct site tours, and follow up promptly on prospect inquiries from all sources.
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy to attract prospects, including social media content (photos, videos, graphics via Canva) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Write engaging captions and promotional content, and monitor/respond to social media messages, comments, and reviews professionally.
• Maintain accurate prospect and traffic-source data, and monitor advertising effectiveness and ROI.
• Work with community outreach groups and track competitor market data to maintain awareness.
• Ensure units are in immaculate, move-in-ready condition, and provide a high degree of customer service and sales throughout the leasing process.

Requirements:

• Three (3) years of previous relevant leasing experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi, RentCafe, Blue Moon, or similar property management software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable creating photo and video content for social media platforms.
• Fair Housing Certification, willingness to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents.
• H.S. diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent bending, stooping and reaching in all directions, sitting for extended periods of time working at a desk. Representative use of digits due to keyboarding work. Will be required to walk with prospects to show units. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
