We are an independent insurance agency seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our small team. This role focuses exclusively on personal lines insurance products and involves comprehensive client support and account maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support and respond to inquiries
• Process insurance policies and maintain accurate records
• Generate quotes for personal lines insurance products
• Perform data entry and update customer information
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their policies
• Maintain and manage insurance accounts

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
• Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance and policy administration
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with insurance software, such as EZLynx
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving abilities
