Our program is designed to meet the developmental needs of young children 3-6 years of age. It provides hands-on experiences and specifically designed curriculum to enrich each child's cognitive, social, physical, spiritual, and creative development.

The Howard School Early Childhood Preschool Program promotes exploration, nature-based learning, problem solving, and personal interactions in a nurturing environment that develop a positive self-concept through a balance of self and teacher directed activities. Our teachers participate in annual professional training programs in the Carden Method. The Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten Teacher works in collaboration with and reports to the Early Childhood Program Preschool Director.
