The Hideaway Vault in Northfield, MN is looking for one barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista or in an food service environment
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Position is 10+ hours/week
• Ability to work past the summer and into the Fall
