Job Title: Blow Out & Head Spa Therapist

This role is designed for professionals with artistry in blow-outs, a passion for scalp and skin health, and the drive to educate clients with authority and empathy.

As a Blow Out/Head Spa Therapist, you will deliver far more than beautiful blow-outs. You will become a trusted wellness guide—helping clients detoxify their scalp, improving hair growth, and unlocking their most radiant skin. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Client-Facing Excellence

o    Conduct in-depth scalp and hair consultations with confidence and warmth.

o    Educate clients on root causes of hair challenges (stress, buildup, health, environment).

o    Recommend tailored home-care regimens to support long-term scalp and skin health.

o    Lead every interaction with authenticity, empathy, and professional confidence.

·       Blow-Out & Styling Services

o    Provide incredible BLOW OUTS at a FAST PACE in a variety of styles

o    Updo and braiding experience a plus 

o    Personalize each service to reflect client preferences, and elevate their look.

·       Head Detox & Scalp Therapy

o    Perform signature Head Spa treatments: scalp detox, lymphatic massage, aromatherapy, deep cleansing, conditioning rituals.

o    Adapt protocols to each client’s unique scalp condition and long-term beauty goals.

·       Client Relationship Building

o    Establish trust and authority by blending education with luxury service.

o    Proactively follow up to improve retention and deepen loyalty.

o    Celebrate client progress and help them see measurable results.

·       Sales & Product Education

o    Recommend services, retail products, and regimens with confidence and clarity.

o    Explain the “why” behind every treatment and product to position yourself as an expert.

o    Support events, workshops, and promotions that highlight Head Spa therapies.

·       Spa Standards & Teamwork

o    Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and brand luxury.

o    Collaborate with fellow therapists to deliver seamless service experiences.

o    Mentor and support peers by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

·       Licensing & Education

o    Fully Licensed Cosmetologist (required).

o    Advanced blow-out training or Dry Bar/Blow Bar experience strongly preferred.

o    Scalp therapy training, massage certification, or wellness credentials a plus.

·       Experience & Skills

o    Strong background in premium client service and luxury salon/spa environments.

o    Excellent consultation and communication skills; confident in leading conversations.

o    Ability to recommend treatments with authority while maintaining warmth and approachability.

o    Professional, polished, and well-manicured presentation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with performing physical, hands-on treatments in a fast-paced luxury setting.
