Warehouse Associate
The HT Group has a long-standing client in Austin, TX, looking for a Warehouse Associate to assist with pick and pack orders as well as ship orders out and process shipments.
Schedule: M-F 7-4, optional OT Saturday 7-12
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Contract-to-hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Load trucks with boxes up to 30lbs
- Assemble daily orders, working at different stations as production requires
- Assist with general order fulfillment, including pulling and picking items
- Scan, pack, unpack, and ship items
- Monitor flow of product to ensure a seamless production process
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 1+ years of shipping, assembly, or warehouse experience required
- Dependable worker with great attendance record
- Attention to detail
- Able to follow verbal/written instructions
- Ability to work independently to complete daily workload
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and move in a fast-paced environment
