🌱 Customer Success Manager (Based in Yakima region, WA)

The Role

You'll be the key relationship owner for our customers across Europe — growers, packers, and fresh fruit producers — helping them unlock the full value of our technology. From onboarding and on-site training through to renewals and growth, you'll own the full customer journey. Based in the heart of Washington's apple country, you'll bring genuine local industry knowledge to a global customer base,

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, installations, and training for new customers across Europe
• Build deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through proactive retention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies
• Monitor customer health and get ahead of churn before it happens
• Be the voice of the customer internally — feeding insights to product, sales, and marketing
• Manage escalations swiftly and professionally

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in a B2B Customer Success role, ideally in SaaS or agtech
• Strong relationship management and commercial instincts
• Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and technical implementations
• Fluent in English language
• Genuine interest in agriculture and helping growers modernise their operations
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
