Job Description

What You’ll Do:
• Provide high-quality dental care focusing on the holistic health of patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
• Incorporate a functional, whole-body approach to dentistry, emphasizing the mouth’s role in systemic health.
• Work with the latest technologies such as Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), Laser Dentistry, and Cone Beam CT (CBCT) to enhance treatment planning and patient outcomes.
• Educate patients about the relationship between oral health and overall wellness, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Work closely with a dedicated team of dental professionals and support staff to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes in a friendly, positive environment.

Salary Range

Full-time $150,000 - $275,000 per year

Salary based on Experience.

Shift & Schedule

Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Requirements

• Licensed dentist

What We’re Looking For:
• Valid Dental License in Massachusetts
• Senior-level clinical experience preferred
• Strong understanding of holistic and functional health principles

Preferences

• Interest or experience in biological dentistry is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
