Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding Medicare insurance options and coverage details.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate Medicare plans.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare policies, changes, and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and service.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet enrollment targets and company goals.
• Educate clients about the benefits, costs, and eligibility criteria for various Medicare plans.

Requirements

• Valid health insurance license with a focus on Medicare products.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare plans, policies, and enrollment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients.
• Proven ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, understandable language.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using technology and software related to insurance enrollment and client management.
