The Carriage ClubRacquet Club Counter Attendant - Evening ShiftPosition: Racquet Club Counter AttendantDepartment: Racquet SportsSchedule: Part-Time, EveningsHours: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PMAge Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or olderPosition SummaryThe Carriage Club is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individual to work the Racquet Club counter during the evening hours. This position serves as a primary point of contact for members and guests using the Club's racquet facilities and is responsible for providing a welcoming, professional experience.The ideal candidate is responsible, comfortable working independently, and able to provide excellent member service in a private club environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.Assist members with court information, reservations, and general Racquet Department questions.Answer the telephone and provide accurate information or direct calls as appropriate.Check members and guests in for scheduled activities.Assist with court assignments and monitor court usage as needed.Sell and distribute racquet merchandise, balls, beverages, and other items available at the counter.Maintain an organized, clean, and professional counter and lobby area.Communicate member requests, maintenance concerns, or unusual situations to Racquet Department or Club management.Help ensure Club policies and racquet facility rules are followed.Perform basic closing responsibilities at the end of the evening shift.Provide assistance with other reasonable Racquet Department duties as assigned.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Dependable and able to consistently work the 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM evening shift.Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with members of all ages.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and use good judgment.Basic computer and point-of-sale skills or willingness to learn.Prior customer service, hospitality, retail, or club experience is helpful but not required.Knowledge of tennis, pickleball, or other racquet sports is a plus but not required.What We Are Looking ForThe Carriage Club places a high value on exceptional member service.
