We are looking for a Lead Cook to join our amazing team!  

The job requirements are notated below, this person would be covering the chef's days off during peak season. 

• Proven experience as a lead line cook or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Can meet physical demands of p
• Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met on Chefs’ days off.
• Maintain pars and order accordingly when covering days off.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed
• Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and organized workstation according to company standards, health department regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Oversee shared kitchen team tasks including but not limited to cleaning and organizing, opening and closing the kitchen, receiving orders, etc.
• Fluid communication skills.
