What You'll Be Doing

As a Server Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our dining room operates seamlessly and our guests have an exceptional experience. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Quick Table Turnaround: Clear dirty dishes, wipe down tables and high chairs, and reset spots quickly so waiting families can be seated without delay.
• Guest Assistance: Refill water and soft drinks, deliver extra napkins or condiments, and assist with high-volume requests to keep guests happy.
• Food & Drink Running: Help during peak rush hours by delivering hot food trays and drink orders from the kitchen to tables.
• Dining Room Maintenance: Sweep floors under tables, empty trash cans, and ensure the salad bar or self-serve stations are stocked and clean.
• Server Support: Pre-bus tables by removing empty plates while guests are still dining and lend a hand to servers when needed.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, efficiency, and a team-focused attitude to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Fast-Paced Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays (up to 40 lbs) for 6-to-8-hour shifts.
• Speed and Efficiency: Proven multitasking skills and the ability to work quickly under pressure, especially during busy weekends and holidays.
• Family-Friendly Attitude: A polite, patient, and welcoming demeanor, especially when interacting with kids and large family groups.
• Team-First Mindset: A willingness to pitch in and support hosts, servers, and kitchen staff whenever needed.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work peak family dining hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
