Spearheaded by 5x World Series Champion Derek Jeter and serial entrepreneur Brian Lee, our fully digital marketplace is grounded in trust, transparency, and fun, featuring grading and authentication, vaulting, and digital pack openings that let collectors build and display their collections in a personalized online showroom from anywhere in the world.
About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Paid Media Coordinator to support growth across Arena Club's core acquisition channels. Based in Los Angeles and reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you will handle the daily execution and operational optimization of campaigns across Meta and Google, working within established budget allocations and targets set by leadership.
Your primary focus will be supporting the North American market, ensuring flawless campaign execution, accurate tracking, and daily data reporting. This is a high-execution role designed for an analytics-focused marketer who loves getting into the platform UI, testing creatives, and keeping campaigns running efficiently.
What You Will Do- Campaign Deployment: Set up, QA, and launch paid media campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other platforms based on directives from leadership
- Daily Optimization: Monitor daily campaign performance to adjust bids, refine audience targeting, and manage pacing to keep spend on track
- A/B Testing Execution: Build out campaign variations to test audience segments, bidding strategies, and creative assets
- Creative Coordination: Gather performance insights on ad creative to help the team understand what assets are converting best
- Data & Reporting: Pull daily and weekly performance data, formatting reports in Excel/Google Sheets to surface clear metrics for the Director of Paid Media
- Tracking Hygiene: Assist with implementing pixels, UTM parameters, and basic tagging setup via Google Tag Manager to maintain clean data
- Workflow Automation: Utilize platform automation and AI tools to streamline repetitive campaign setup tasks and speed up data collection
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on paid media experience with direct, in-platform campaign management (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads)
- Proven experience building ad sets, uploading creative, and setting up keyword targeting
- Strong comfort level with numbers, proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (formatting data, pivot tables), and a sharp eye for performance anomalies
- Highly organized with strict attention to detail to avoid campaign setup errors or budget overspends
- Basic understanding of tracking pixels, URL parameters, and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to clearly report on daily platform performance and metrics
- High bias for action and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data points into clear executive recommendations
The base salary range listed is a guideline. Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and the impact you bring. Total compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity.
