Role Description

Apple Tree teachers plan and implement daily lessons and activities that support early childhood development and align with the our curriculum and educational goals. Responsibilities include communicating regularly with families and creating an environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and training in Early Childhood Education, including child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
• Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting is highly beneficial.
• Ability to maintain a safe, organized classroom and follow school policies and licensing regulations.
