Compensation:$125,500 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional relationships.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building activities.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and resources that enhance client service and business growth.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate and up-to-date advice.
- Utilize provided marketing tools and resources to effectively promote listings and attract qualified buyers and sellers to the team’s portfolio of properties.
