What are we looking for?

We want to hire a dedicated, patient-driven Physical Therapist, who wants to become a high level manual therapy practitioner. We will provide the training in the counterstrain technique with an apprenticeship period and with ongoing continuing education.

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent, personalised, manual therapy to patients
• Implement home exercise programs as needed
• Document treatment sessions using Web PT software
• Maintain positive communication and interaction with patients, family members, medical providers and colleagues
• Participate in regular continuing education
• Assist with training other therapists in the Counterstrain technique as needed

• Individual treatment rooms for each therapist with hi-lo tables
• Electronic medical records allowing more time for patients and less time for notes

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas or recent graduate scheduled to take the Texas State license exam
• Have a desire to become a high level manual therapist and deliver amazing patient care

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 1/2 days on Wednesdays
• No weekends

Our therapists deliver one on one manual treatment and we are known for getting great results with difficult patients. People travel to receive treatment at our clinic from all over Texas and even other states. Texas Manual Therapy will invest in you and train you if your goal is to heal people and you are willing to learn.
