Texas Coach

Texas Coach, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Framer to join our custom motor coach building team. This role involves installing walls, doors, cabinets, shelves, and other wooden components in luxury travel coaches. Candidates must demonstrate a strong woodworking skill set, an excellent work ethic, and the ability to work independently on custom coach projects without travel. Our ideal framer is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship in a fastidious work environment.

Responsibilities

• Install walls, doors, cabinets, shelves, and other wooden items with precision
• Perform accurate measurements using rulers, squares, and other instruments
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Address issues promptly and adapt to on-the-spot problem-solving
• Work independently with minimal supervision on custom coach projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure quality and safety
• Collaborate with team members for project coordination when needed

• Entry-level experience in carpentry and woodworking
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools
• Strong measurement and layout abilities
