Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Pediatric Care

Location: Irving, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time / contract

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide individualized care for a child in Irving, TX. The therapist will work closely with the family to support the child’s developmental, physical, and emotional needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the child’s developmental and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and training for at-home support.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Texas state license to practice Occupational Therapy.
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a family-centered care team.
