Tesis Labs in Schoharie seeks a Bookkeeper to join their growing Accounting Team.

This position will perform bookkeeping duties utilizing QuickBooks software. Will classify and record financial transactions, process payments and deposits, as well as provide financial reports. Will receive, record, and bank cash, checks and vouchers. Code documents according to company procedures as well as handling confidential information.

You should possess a high school diploma; Associate's Degree preferred. Three or more years of bookkeeping experience required. Must be able to work independently and pay close attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required as well as financial accounting software. Prior QuickBooks experience preferred. Good oral and written communication skills also required.
