Qualifications:
Experience
- 0-3 years of public infrastructure experience or related is preferred
License or Certification
- Valid driver license issued by the state where employed required
- CDL license or willingness to train / earn a CDL is preferred
- Traffic control certification or able to obtain
Essential Duties:
- Perform infrastructure maintenance tasks including, but not limited to striping, painting, thermoplastic road marking, sign repairs, proactive sign maintenance, crack sealing, asphalt repairs and seasonal snow maintenance
- Understand and implement job specifications for each site
- Complete daily paperwork timely and accurately
- Assess equipment operation issues and effectively communicate repair needs to shop personnel
- Encourage and maintain safe working conditions by promoting Company's "Culture of Safety", including but not limited to reinforcing bi-weekly safety tailgate meetings and ensuring proper personal protective equipment usage
- Ensure adherence to company policies
