About TerraSol Organics:

TerraSol Organics is a local organic microgreen farm based in Williams, OR. We run a high-volume, year-round operation—producing hundreds of pounds of microgreens weekly for distribution throughout the Rogue Valley and statewide. We are looking for an independent, detailed-oriented individual to join our greenhouse production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on weekly microgreen production, planting, and harvesting.
• Handle order fulfillment, packaging, and product organization.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces while adhering to strict food safety and health standards.
• Work independently or alongside a small, dedicated team to meet weekly production goals.

Position Requirements:

• Genuine interest and aptitude for working with plants (no prior greenhouse experience required).
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
• Ability to stand for the majority of the day and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work comfortably in varying greenhouse temperatures throughout the changing seasons.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Full-Time, Sunday – Thursday (Daily hours vary depending on season and temperature).
• Starting Wage: $18.50/hr (Varies based on experience; includes paid training).
