What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager at Burrito Express, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers leave with smiles on their faces. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Leading and motivating team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Managing inventory and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism.
• Assisting in staff training and development to maintain a positive and efficient team.
• Contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who’s ready to take on a leadership role and help our team thrive. To be successful in this position, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented attitude and the ability to inspire those around you.
