Temporary Optometrist Position in Temecula and Murrieta

Position Summary

We are looking for an Optometrist to join our team temporarily from June to November 2026. This role offers the flexibility of working 1 to 4 days per week, depending on the needs of the practice. You’ll have the chance to work across multiple locations, gaining hands-on experience in a thriving private practice.

Key Responsibilities

As an Optometrist, you will:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams to assess patients’ vision and overall eye health.
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions with a focus on patient care.
- Provide personalized recommendations for eyewear and contact lenses.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and a valid license to practice in California.
- At least 1 year of experience in optometry (new grads are welcome to apply!).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and team members.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
