Reinvent Television Advertising With Us

Telly created the world’s first free television, and with it, an entirely new platform connecting consumers, content, data, technology and advertisers on the most important screen in the home.

We’re looking for a leader of Ads Marketing to define how Telly’s advertising business shows up in the market and help establish an entirely new category of television advertising.

You’ll lead advertising product marketing, sales enablement, B2B marketing, thought leadership, and industry engagement. You’ll work closely with Ad Sales, Product, Data, Insights, and Creative to turn Telly’s products and intelligence into stories the market can’t ignore and solutions advertisers and agencies want to buy.

This isn’t a role for someone looking to inherit a playbook. It’s for someone who wants to build one.

We have the product, the platform, and the sales organization. Now we need a marketing leader who can turn what makes Telly different into awareness, demand, and revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Define Telly’s ads narrative and market positioningDevelop a clear, differentiated positioning and messaging framework for Telly’s advertising platform, products, audiences, and data capabilities.
• Establish a consistent narrative that helps brands, agencies, and the ad-tech ecosystem understand what Telly is, why it matters, and how it can deliver better advertising outcomes.
• Ensure that narrative shows up consistently across sales decks, marketing content, PR, and executive talking points, so every touchpoint reinforces the same story.

Serve as the strategic partner to Ad Sales

• Work closely with the sales team across the customer lifecycle, from initial outreach and pitches through activation, reporting, and renewal.
• Build the decks, vertical stories, case studies, research, and tools that help our sellers bring something entirely new to market.
• Turn customer feedback and sales opportunities into stronger messaging, products, and go-to-market strategies.

Bring new advertising products to market

• Partner with Product, Data, Insights, and Ad Operations to launch new ad experiences, audience capabilities, measurement solutions, and programmatic products.
• Shape how new products are positioned, packaged, launched, and sold.
• Bring the voice of advertisers and agencies into the product development process.

Build our B2B ads marketing engine

• Develop programs that reach advertisers, agencies, and industry partners across content, social, email, CRM, PR, and thought leadership.
• Create vertical and account-based programs that generate awareness, customer engagement, and qualified opportunities.
• Connect marketing activity to product adoption, pipeline, and revenue.

Turn data into stories

• Transform Telly’s audience, content, co-viewing, and advertising intelligence into research, thought leadership, and sales narratives.
• Find the simple, memorable story inside the data.
• Use insights to support advertiser activation, optimization, reporting, and renewal.

Own the moments that matter

• Lead Telly’s advertising presence at CES, Cannes Lions, Advertising Week, Upfronts, NewFronts, agency summits, and our own customer events.
• Create experiences and industry moments that build Telly’s reputation and support clear commercial goals.

Who You Are

You’re a builder. You’ve worked in advertising, media, CTV, streaming, social, or ad tech, and you’re energized by creating what’s next. A blank canvas excites you.

You know advertising deeply. You understand how brands and agencies operate and how advertising gets planned, bought, measured and renewed. You know the sales cycle because you’ve lived alongside it - and you know what actually helps sellers win.

You make complicated things simple. You can translate data, measurement, targeting, programmatic technology and new ad formats into an opportunity a CMO, agency executive or media buyer immediately understands.

You’re a storyteller with commercial instincts. You can find the big idea inside a product, dataset or market shift and turn it into marketing that creates demand and drives revenue.

You think big and execute. One day you’re defining Telly’s marketplace positioning; the next you’re sharpening a critical pitch or building a launch plan. Strategy and execution aren’t separate jobs here.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience across ad sales marketing, product marketing, B2B marketing, media, or ad tech
• Experience supporting advertising sales teams and working with major brands and agencies
• Experience in CTV, streaming, digital media, social, or another fast-moving advertising category
• A track record of launching new advertising products, formats, data capabilities, or platforms
• Strong knowledge of advertising data, measurement, targeting, and programmatic
• Experience building sales narratives, B2B programs, thought leadership, and industry activations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across Sales, Product, Data, and executive leadership
• Fluency with AI and automation tools that improve the speed, quality, and scale of marketing
• The willingness to roll up your sleeves and build
