Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately assess clients' mental health concerns, history, and treatment objectives.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain meticulous case notes and documentation to track progress and inform ongoing treatment decisions, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Create a therapeutic alliance by fostering trust, encouraging open communication, and demonstrating empathy and support during sessions.

The Teletherapy Counseling Center serves a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current, active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation, particularly in the area of evidence-based treatments.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
