  • Competitive compensation with multiple income streams, including performance bonuses and employee ownership
  • 55% of company profits distributed back to employees through bonuses
  • Flexible and hybrid work schedule options
  • Diverse portfolio of site development, land development, energy, industrial, institutional, and renewable energy projects
  • Comprehensive benefits beginning on day one, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match beginning the first of the month following your start date
  • Collaborative environment that supports mentorship, technical development, and career growth
  • Access to on-site amenities including a fitness center, café, recreation areas, and employee events

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 0-4+ years of civil engineering or site development experience
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, Storm Sewers, or similar design software is a plus
  • Interest in site development, land development, grading, stormwater management, and permitting
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to continue learning and developing professionally
