Role Snapshot
  • Position: CNC Machinist (2nd Shift)
  • Industry: Aerospace & Precision Manufacturing
  • Compensation: $25.00–$35.00/hour plus a 10% shift differential
  • Overtime: 10–15 hours/week typically available

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
  • Interpret blueprints and machining specifications to plan each job
  • Set tooling, verify offsets, and make fine adjustments for accuracy
  • Inspect aerospace components to ensure precise tolerances
  • Meet quality and production metrics consistently
