Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Join a rehabilitation team dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the communities they serve. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will help patients restore mobility, improve function, and regain independence through compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care.

This outpatient rehabilitation setting serves pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients and offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on professional growth and innovative patient care.

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist evaluates patient conditions, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
  • Providing ongoing physical therapy treatments and monitoring patient progress
  • Educating patients, families, and nursing staff on follow-through care plans
  • Communicating patient progress or concerns with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members
  • Assisting with patient scheduling and charge posting
  • Documenting patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe and clean work environment
  • Adhering to professional standards and applicable state and federal regulations
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Must obtain Physical Therapy license in Missouri
  • Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hospital experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
