Role Description This full-time CNC Machinist role is an on-site position based in Odessa, TX. The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting blueprints, selecting tools, performing accurate machine setups, monitoring machining processes, and adjusting settings to maintain tolerances. The role also involves inspecting finished parts, documenting quality checks, performing basic equipment maintenance, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules. The CNC Machinist is expected to follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling, including CNC equipment.
  • Proficiency in Machining and Milling for producing precision components to specification.
  • Experience with Quality Control practices, including measurement tools and inspection procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret FANUC Controls, blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Previous CNC machining experience in a production or industrial environment preferred. 5+ years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining is a plus.
