This is a commission-only position designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to build relationships, generate opportunities, and close deals. If you're self-driven and enjoy controlling your own income, this opportunity offers significant earning potential without a cap.

Compensation

• 12% commission on collected contract revenue
• No income cap

What You'll Do

• Generate and qualify roofing leads
• Meet with homeowners and property owners
• Perform basic roof assessments and identify customer needs
• Present solutions and project proposals
• Follow up with prospects and close sales
• Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable networking, prospecting, and generating leads
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Construction, roofing, insurance, or home improvement experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• $10,000 roof sale = $1,200 commission
