Job description

Technology Recovery Group is adding to its Field Services team. We are seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join the team. The Project Manager leads various projects, including hardware and wireless installations, in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Field Services is highly preferred. The PM executes the activities within the scope of the project and in accordance with the agreed upon plan to meet budget, schedule and performance standards. The PM must be experienced in cross-functional management relationships to ensure efficiency.
Essential Functions
  • Develop project plans, including the schedule and the budget, scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define tasks and required resources for assigned projects
  • Define and assign roles for project team members
  • Create schedule and project timeline identifying goals, hold project meetings, and present status updates to management
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met and schedules and budgets are adhered to.
  • Monitor onsite resources, internal and external, throughout project.
  • Monitor costs throughout project, this includes real time review of costs of both internal TRG resources and subcontractors.

    • Review and verify vendor and third-party technician invoices for accuracy and compliance
    • Ensure billed hours and expenses are within scope and match service agreements
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
    • Maintain accurate records of service charges and payment documentation
    • Validate charges against contractual terms and scope of work
    • Support audit processes related to vendor billing and invoicing
    • Identify and escalate billing issues or inconsistencies
    • Provide reports on billing accuracy and cost analysis

  • Document, evaluate, and assess project results and presenting to management or clients as such. Documentation is to include final status on schedule, budget, overall outcome of project, and lessons learned.
  • Create and present reports that are required for project.
  • May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events, specific projects, or program changes
  • Employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor

Qualifications
  • Project management certification desired, but not required
  • Field Service PM experience is a huge plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
  • Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrates excellent customer relationship skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to take and pass a background check

Performance Requirements
  • Must maintain regular and reliable attendance to the satisfaction of management
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other position related technologies
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
  • Must be able to clearly and confidentially communicate with TRG employees and other stakeholders
  • Must adhere to all TRG Values at all times

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
  • Must be able to access work locations
  • Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, bend, and stay upright to perform work
  • Must be able to visually read written and digital information
  • Must be able to visually determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned and/or to make general observations of facilities or structures
  • Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication
