About the Role Technology& is looking for motivated Customer Support Agents to join our growing team. You'll be the front line for customers reaching out via phone, email, and chat — helping resolve service questions, share information, and deliver a great overall experience.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound customer contacts across phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
Guide customers through service-related questions and operational information
Log and track all interactions accurately in our ticketing system
Use approved scripts and workflows to ensure consistent, quality support
Escalate more complex cases to supervisors or specialized teams as needed
Keep thorough, accurate documentation of each customer interaction
Help create a smooth, positive experience for every customer you assist
What We're Looking For
Strong communicator with a genuine customer-first mindset
Patient, calm, and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
Active listener with empathy and a positive tone
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage time effectively
Comfortable working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Previous customer service experience
Familiarity with CRM or ITSM platforms
Call center background, especially handling ticket queues in public-service environments
