Instead of replacing estimating platforms or chasing trends, the product focuses on practical tools that fit how technicians already work, including document capture, a digital job envelope, hours tracking, and an evidence locker for all job-related files. The platform helps make technicians’ work clear and verifiable to decision makers without requiring them to learn complex estimating software. Technician Vision is currently in free early access, collaborating closely with a group of technicians to refine the tools. Role Description This is currently an equity and results paid role. All founding team members are not drawing a salary but will at revenue milestones. This is a part-time with the expectation of full-time once goals and full time pay is offered. The role is a hybrid Videographer role based in Salem, OR, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content that showcases Technician Vision’s product, user stories, and educational materials for technicians and shop owners. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras, setting up and adjusting lighting, recording in-shop and interview footage, and capturing on-location content in body and paint environments. The role also involves basic editing, organizing video assets, collaborating with the marketing and product teams on scripts and shot lists, and ensuring consistent visual quality across all content. The Videographer will be expected to manage equipment, follow safety protocols in shop environments, and deliver projects on schedule. This role will also expand into other Redline Ops Group Inc products such as www.RollOps.pro.


Qualifications

  • Strong video production skills, including planning shoots, capturing footage, and supporting post-production workflows.
  • Proficiency in camera operation and handling different camera systems for both static and handheld shooting.
  • Experience with lighting setup and adjustment for indoor, shop-floor, and on-location environments.
  • Ability to shoot video in dynamic, real-world settings, including active body and paint shops.
  • Familiarity with basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail in composition, framing, and sound.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with non-technical partners.
  • Comfort working around automotive repair equipment and adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Portfolio or reel demonstrating prior videography work; experience with product or documentary-style content is a plus.
  • Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
