Job description
Project Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support manufacturing projects, process improvements, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements. The ideal candidate will be organized, hands-on, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate engineering and manufacturing projects from planning through completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, specifications, and technical reports.
- Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Support equipment procurement, installation, qualification, and validation.
- Work with Engineering, QA/RA, Production, vendors, and contractors.
- Create and maintain procedures, test protocols, and project documentation.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of operations, engineering, or project experience preferred.
- Experience with MS Office and SolidWorks/CAD.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, FDA GMP, or ISO experience preferred.
- Ability to work around machinery and lift up to 60 lbs.
