Audio Visual Manager (Hotel & Events)

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Manager with experience in hotel, resort, conference, or hospitality AV operations. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of event technology, excellent communication skills, and a professional, steady personality capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience managing hotel or hospitality-based AV operations
• Extensive knowledge of audio, video, lighting, LED walls, projection, staging, streaming, and conference systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Punctual, flexible, and adaptable to changing event requirements
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to exceptional service
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple events simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Manage all AV requirements for meetings, conferences, galas, and special events
• Oversee setup, operation, troubleshooting, and strike of AV equipment
• Coordinate with clients, hotel departments, vendors, and event teams
• Maintain AV inventory and operational standards
• Supervise and mentor AV technicians and freelance staff
• Ensure flawless execution of events while delivering exceptional guest experiences

Contract & Relocation

• 6 to 12-month contract with potential for extension
• Relocation required for the duration of the contract
• Ideal for candidates who are comfortable with temporary relocation and a travel-oriented lifestyle
• Position may require working evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak event periods
• Housing and relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate
