As we continue to expand across North America, we are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Specialist to identify new growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, expand our market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth for the Teapulse brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and corporate collaborations to support Teapulse's expansion.
• Support franchise development by managing franchise inquiries, qualifying potential franchise partners, and guiding candidates through the franchise sales process.
• Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to identify potential markets for business and franchise expansion.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute campaigns that build brand awareness and drive customer engagement in target markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to manage social media platforms and develop content that supports business development and partnership goals.
• Coordinate promotional events, community outreach, and brand activations that generate leads and strengthen local market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Legal) to drive business growth and support the company's overall expansion strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Franchise Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), and WeChat is a plus.
• Experience in the restaurant, food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or franchise industry is highly preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available.)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $54,000–$72,000/year, commensurate with experience.
• Performance-based bonus plan.
• Paid Time Off (PTO).
