Position – Cable Puller / Structured Cabling Technician

Location: New Albany, Ohio
Start Date: 05/18/2026
Rate: $27-$30/hr (All Inclusive)
Shift: Night Shift

Job SummaryResponsibilities

• Pull, route, and secure Cat5, Cat6, fiber optic, and low-voltage cabling
• Install cable pathways including ladder racks, cable trays, and support systems
• Dress, label, and organize cabling per installation standards
• Support structured cabling and basic termination activities
• Follow prints, layouts, and cable routing drawings
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Required Skills

• Experience with cable pulling and structured cabling installations
• Experience with Cat5, Cat6, fiber optic, and low-voltage cabling
• Familiarity with cable trays, ladder racks, and pathway systems
• Ability to work in data center environments
• Understanding of cable management and installation best practices

Work Schedule

• Initial schedule:
  • 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Sunday through Saturday morning
• Extended overnight schedule expected for the first four weeks, with possible transition to a five-day work week afterward.
