We are looking to hire BOH positions: Oyster Shuckers and Line Cooks to work at our Pioneer Square location.  Come work in Seattle’s Historic Neighborhood.  Pioneer Square is a major tourist attraction and we are located right next to the stadiums which means high volume for concerts, games, exhibitions, etc.  Our Oyster bars exemplify the ‘Tide to Table’ philosophy and set a gold standard for oyster shucking presentation.  Employees benefit from hands-on seasonal farm visits, proprietary training and oyster education. 

Oyster Shuckers work in an open kitchen and are encouraged to interact with guests and have fun!  A positive attitude and tidy work workspace are imperative.  We value hard work, efficiency and a positive environment.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in an upscale and fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with ability to pick up shifts.
• Great attitude- Team oriented, fun, passionate about food and hospitality
• High volume line cook experience
