Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) - Pediatrics & Women's Health (Part-Time Weekdays)

Private Practice - Brooklyn, NY (Bushwick area)

A growing community-based private practice in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Family
Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) to support pediatric and women's health services in a fast-
paced outpatient setting.
The practice serves families in the surrounding neighborhood and is located near P.S. 075,
creating strong demand for pediatric visits, school physicals, and preventive care.
Schedule
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Compensation
$70 - $73 per hour
Clinical Responsibilities
Pediatric well visits and sick visits
School, camp, and sports physicals
Women's health visits, including Pap smears, contraception counseling
Preventive screenings and patient education
Acute care management
Vaccine review and administration
Accurate EMR documentation
Requirements
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
Minimum 3,600 clinical practice hours completed
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active New York State NP license
DEA registration
BLS certification required
PALS preferred, but not required
Knowledge of the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
