About the Opportunity:

Are you passionate about helping others and interested in financial education?

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Financial Education Associates. In this role, you will help educate individuals and families on foundational financial concepts, protection strategies, and long-term planning principles.

No prior experience in financial services is required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals and families to discuss financial goals and concerns
• Educate clients on financial literacy topics such as:
• Income protection
• Debt management
• Retirement planning
• Wealth-building strategies
• Life insurance fundamentals
• Conduct complimentary financial needs assessments
• Help clients understand available financial protection options
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
• Build relationships within your community and network

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is performance-based and derived from commissions earned through helping clients implement financial solutions that meet their needs.
