What You’ll Be Doing

As a Server at Taylor House, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcome.
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of all menu items, including food and craft cocktails.
- Providing attentive and tailored service to guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Accurately taking food and drink orders and ensuring proper execution.
- Keeping the restaurant and your workspace clean and organized.
- Following food safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking team members who are passionate about hospitality and creating a dining experience to be proud of. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of previous serving or bartending experience is required. While 2+ years is ideal, we’re happy to train the right person who is eager to learn.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of food, cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Skills: Clear communication and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for guest experience and a desire to grow and learn.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends; full-time availability is preferred.
