About the Position

Golden Trust Insurance Bradenton is seeking a motivated and dependable Florida 4-40 Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

The CSR will be responsible for servicing existing policyholders, assisting with policy changes and renewals, communicating with insurance carriers, and helping ensure that our clients receive timely and professional service.

We are looking for someone who is organized, comfortable communicating with customers, and capable of working in a fast-paced insurance agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to existing and prospective clients
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and other service requests
• Assist clients with billing and policy-related questions
• Review renewal policies and communicate with customers regarding upcoming renewals
• Obtain documents and information required by insurance carriers
• Communicate with underwriters and carrier representatives
• Follow up on pending cancellations, underwriting requirements, and outstanding documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system
• Assist with certificates of insurance and other policy documents
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products
• Support producers and management with daily agency operations
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients
  

Qualifications

• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License required
• Previous insurance agency experience preferred
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Professional phone and email communication
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
• Basic computer and insurance-system proficiency
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude

We're looking for a CSR who takes ownership of the customer relationship—someone who follows through, communicates proactively, helps retain clients, and recognizes opportunities where Golden Trust can provide additional coverage.
