Dock Worker/Forklift Operator
Available Shift:
2AM Start time
About the Role:
The Dock Worker plays a crucial role in the transportation and warehousing industry by ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of goods from various types of vehicles. This position is essential for maintaining the flow of operations within the warehouse, directly impacting the company's ability to meet customer demands. Dock Workers are responsible for handling a variety of cargo, which requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. The successful execution of these tasks contributes to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the supply chain. Ultimately, Dock Workers help facilitate timely deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy, which are vital for customer satisfaction and business success.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a dock worker or warehouse role.
  • Certification in operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Responsibilities:
