Tarvo

We're hiring for very ambitious and hard-working Sales Development Representative (SDR) to create pipeline for Tarvo and be the first voice many manufacturers and distributors hear from us. You'll work directly with the founder to build the outbound engine from scratch. This is a high-impact, high-intensity role for someone who wants to win, has something to prove, and is excited to set the standard for how Tarvo engages prospects from day one.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Columbus, OH.

What You'll Do...

• Prospect and qualify leads through high-volume outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Make 120 cold calls a day and write 40+ outbound emails.
• Book highly-qualified meetings a week.
• Run discovery conversations that uncover how prospects manually work today, and where we fit.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM, keeping activity and forecasting accurate.
• Help build the outbound playbook: sequences, cold-calling frameworks, and messaging as you go.
• Represent Tarvo with the founder at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
• Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Provide feedback to the founder to sharpen messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy in real time.

• Prior experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR roles, or other high-volume, high-rejection work
• Experience or interest in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial B2B
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• A track record of being #1 at something: sales, sports, school, anything competitive
