Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will manage recruitment and onboarding processes, support training and development initiatives, and assist leaders with workforce planning and organizational development. The role also includes maintaining HR records and systems, administering benefits, and promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Tarter USA’s values. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to support business objectives is a key component of this role.

  • Previous experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist in a manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
